Yep. Inside my electronic lunchox I'm lifting the lid to reveal a bucket load of stories. Real life experiences that have allowed me to heal from the inside out. Real life that has been up and down. Lessons and growth that have taught me how to become and unfold into the very best version of my true and natural self. No foil. No wrap. It's stories about my real life.
As I delve into the raw and as I feel almost naked in sharing my vulnerability and all my stories that I hope it can reach you in a way that resonates or allows you to touch, feel and heal triggers or wounds that still weep deeply within or around you.
By sharing these stories it is my vision to serve others who don't know where to start. How to look for the lesson in such pain and dis-ease and how allowing love;forgivness, boundaries and the torchlight of self worth to remain on.
